Do you provide in-house financing?

No, we do not provide construction financing. However, We work with clients working with lenders. 

How many years of construction experience?

In our company we have a total of 27 years experience in construction. 

Do you provide warranty for your services?

yes we provide warranty on all our services. our warrant varies between 6 months – 12 months. The duration depends on the scope of work

Would you help with construction permit, and all other paperwork required to for issuance of certificate of occupancy?

Yes we would, its part of our responsibility to help with all the necessary permit and meet construction compliance needed by the city to issue your business approval to start business operation.
